Hello I’m Millie Rothera , a print designer and maker based within Sunny Bank Mills Twisting Studios in Farsley, Leeds, West Yorkshire.
I have been running my business since 2020, developing my own collection of handcrafted interior and lifestyle products, working on commissioned textile projects, and delivering screen printing and textile workshops.
Throughout my designs, whether they are inspired by modernist architecture, the idea of play within the home, or nature; my work is always colour focused and made to the highest quality using natural fabrics and either hand screen printing techniques or eco friendly digital printing.
I currently offer small home and lifestyle products, ideal for gifts, through my website, at markets and in independent stockists across the UK, however, if you have a larger project like interior furnishings, please get in touch.
As a passionate crafter I am keen to pass on my love of sewing and now offer a selection of designs as fabric by the meter. These are available in two weights, both 100% cotton and ideal for home furnishings, crafting projects and dress making.
My products and fabrics are created with a story to tell, hand crafted and passionately produced, all within Yorkshire. I love creating and enjoy every process of my business from the designing of the fabric and sewing products, to designing a website and branding material.
I really love what I do so it brings me so much joy when others love it too!
